Le Colombié - Escape into nature
We rent cottages in the middle of the nature in the South West of France. In the heart of a magnificent landscape, our holiday homes offer you comfort, peace and relaxation with a private swimming pool and sauna. A tennis, pétanque and a large swimming and fishing pond are also available for all our tenants.
Le Colombié is located in a beautiful karst landscape above the Dordogne river in the Quercy region, right on the border from the Périgord.

The lands of Colombié have been worked with great patience and passion for many years by the Thies family.
In 1990, Silke and Arne took over the farm and restored with great care the houses in Le Colombié into holiday cottages.
What’s next for Le Colombié?
Together with Arne, Silke, Edda, and Patrick, we plan to continue running the estate, and we want to share this step openly with you.
Activities on site
Farm animals
On our little Farm lives our dogs and cats, our chickens, cows and horses. Everyone is welcome to join feeding them.
The pond
All tenants and their pets can enjoy a large romantic pond. Here you can swim, paddle and fish there.
Our Garden
Our vegetable garden is 100% organic: the soil is worked annually from our own compost. Children will be delighted to participate.
Prehistoric caves
Several prehistoric caves are close to the estate. The Lascaux caves are 1 hour by car.
Rocamadour
A Mecca of Christianity since the Middle Ages, classified as a Great Site of Midi Pyrénées, Rocamadour is a challenge to balance: Unmissable!
Ont the banks of the Dordogne
The river, about 10 km away, is a canoeing paradise. You will find many rental points on its surroundings.
