You will find below our main conditions and the procedure to make your reservation.
Do not hesitate to ask us for any advice, we know the region perfectly, and we will be able to guide you according to your needs. We have good experience in accommodating people with reduced mobility.
We can also host your events with or without accommodation: we have large spaces that can easily be set up.
Our rentals are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday for organizational reasons, but during low seasons, we can be flexible.

How to book ?
Reservations are made on request, per week, from Saturday to Saturday. On each page of the cottages, you will find photos and detailed information of each house, as well as prices and availability that will allow you to make your choice. At the bottom of the page, a form allows you to contact us for the reservation request. Please specify if you have special needs or special requests. As soon as possible, we will confirm with you the dates and the final price of your stay and we will then send you the rental contract. It must be returned to us signed with a deposit by bank transfer (25%). The reservation is definitively confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The balance will be due on arrival.
Covid prevention
Be reassured ! In the event of regulatory provisions put in place by the State related to the fight against Covid 19 (confinement, travel ban, border closures, etc.) making it impossible for you to come, or preventing us from receiving you, your deposit will be refunded to 100% in the shortest possible time.
Terms of cancellation
Refunds are guaranteed for any cancellations due to government sanitation measures, but other unforeseen events may arise. This is why we have made our cancellation conditions more flexible, and we ask you to provide insurance.
Cancellations:
- more than 90 days before the expected date of arrival: the deposit is refunded at 100%
- more than 30 days before the expected date of arrival: the deposit is acquired by the owner
- less than 30 days: the balance of the amount of the stay may be claimed from the customer.
Insurance:
for any rental over € 1,000, we ask our guests for travel insurance (cancellation, accident, illness). The certificate must be returned within 10 days of signing the contract.
What does the price include ?
The prices include charges (electricity, gas, etc.), but some costs are not included and must be paid in addition, on your arrival:
- cleaning costs: this includes the complete cleaning of the house, its outdoor spaces but also the swimming pool and the sauna. Linen is also included. This contribution is payable once upon arrival, regardless of the length of stay.
- tourist tax: we are required to collect and remit the tourist tax to the municipality. The rate is € 1.21 per person per night. This tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Certain other charges may apply for special requests, or for example for animals that have been authorized.
Your arrival
Your lodging is available from 4 p.m., and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
You will find in our "Practical Information", the necessary indications to arrive. Le Colombié is relatively easy to find.
We will be there to welcome you and give you all the information you need for your stay.
In the event of a late arrival, we thank you for giving us sufficient notice to make arrangements.
